The Portfolio Machine was informally established as a partnership in February 2006 and was then incorporated as a Limited Company in July 2007. The company was established by a group of investors who were dissatisfied with other investment companies that they had worked both with, and for.

Our company is built on the principles of negotiating the best deals and providing reliable service. We consistantly improve our services by following market trends, improving our standard products, and listening to the customer.
The Portfolio Machine aims to be completely consistent in its approach:
• No membership fees.
• If we conduct a seminar, it will be free - we will not expect you to pay for information that we are willing to give away.
• All of our deals will be encompassed within legally binding contracts. You will receive all the paperwork you should within the timescales promised.
• Any cashbacks or rental guarantees will be paid on time, as will any refunds that are necessary. †
• All correspondence will be answered within 24 hours of receipt (Monday-Friday).
• When working with partner providers, we will only deal with organisations which have a demonstrable record of excellence in their field.
• You will be kept updated on all new developments as and when we negotiate deals.
• When acquiring a property through The Portfolio Machine, you will be updated as to the progress of your purchase on an ongoing basis. All feedback will be communicated via the medium of your choice, supported by emails.
