Firstly, it's up to you to register, and find a property that you like from the reports that we send to you. At The Portfolio Machine we believe that all our Investors should benefit from our wealth of expertise and knowledge of the property market. Our Investors' success with The Portfolio Machine is attributable to established and proven business methods and infrastructure, key elements of which include the following:



  • There are no joining fees or membership fees - we are here to help our Investors, not take their money.
  • There are no training fees - we are not a property club and consequently we do not hold training sessions. If an Investor seeks additional information then this would simply involve an Investment Manager being contacted for free advice.
  • All Investors are assigned an Investment Manager, who can be contacted directly. The Investment Manager will provide one-to-one assistance for Investors
  • The Portfolio Machine constantly searches for investment opportunities where Investors can acquire quality properties with minimal financial input.
  • We only provide realistic financial projections and genuine Below Market Value deals
  • The Portfolio Machine as a company is under continual scrutiny by the general public and will only ever be deemed to be "as good as its last deal". Consequently, our due diligence and investigations of any properties are of the utmost importance.
  • We will not purchase in locations where similar discounts are readily available to the public.
