The Portfolio Machine Although the majority of our deals are aimed at the investment market, there is no reason why first-time buyers (or even people looking to acquire a second residence) can't utilise The Portfolio Machine's method of purchasing property to their benefit where there is no property chain involved.  

The financing of these deals is slightly different as these would require a residential mortgage as opposed to a buy-to-let mortgage.

Although new-build properties may not always be a viable option for a first-time buyer, we will also have a selection of established (pre-owned) properties that may represent a lower price-range, and therefore a more accessible deal. Those that are not pre-tenanted may be an ideal option.
